Refund Policy

All of our coloring and activity books at ibrabook are sold as instant digital downloads (PDF format) for both kids and adults. Because of the nature of digital goods, our refund policy works a little differently than a physical shop — here's exactly how it works.
Digital products & final sales
Since every book is delivered instantly as a downloadable PDF, once a file has been downloaded it cannot be "returned" the way a physical item can. For this reason, all digital purchases are generally considered final once the download link has been used.
When we do offer a refund
We still want you to feel good about your purchase. We'll happily issue a full refund in these cases:
- The PDF file is corrupted, incomplete, or won't open
- You received the wrong book due to a checkout or system error
- You were accidentally charged twice for the same order
- You haven't downloaded the file yet and request a refund within 24 hours of purchase
Situations we can't refund
To keep things fair for everyone, we're not able to offer refunds for:
- Simply changing your mind after downloading the file
- Printing issues caused by your own printer, paper, or settings
- Requests made more than 14 days after purchase
How to request a refund
Email us with your order number and the reason for your request, and we'll get back to you within 1–2 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Trouble downloading your book?
If your download link isn't working, reach out first — most delivery issues are fixed in minutes and don't require a refund at all. We're always happy to resend a file.
